We asked many times, and were told that this was impossible to guarantee. We were really disappointed that this mistake was left up to our guests to catch.Īdditionally, we requested early check in on Friday and late check out on Sunday in order to accommodate timing of our rehearsal dinner and brunch. My husband called and they agreed to issue everyone a credit on their statement. Turns out, they charged ALL of our guests the higher rate, even the ones who booked early. Additionally, after the weekend my mom noticed she was overcharged for her room. We were able to get more rooms added but only at a higher rate. So of course, 3 weeks out we run out of rooms and some people still haven't booked. Out, and every few months I'd ask them to add more rooms, but they won't do it unless the block is completely full.
